Staff is friendly and welcoming and the experience is awesome!!!!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I were visiting the Gulf Shores area and I decided I wanted to surprise him with a special date. I didn’t want to do the traditional boating experience and when I came across the helicopter tour, I knew this would be the perfect experience for us. I was not wrong! As soon as we pulled up to the Airport we were met by our guide Rachael. She was so kind and her bubbly personality made us feel very comfortable. The ride was a beautiful and the views were incredible. My advice is to splurge on the longer tours. The time goes by so fast! I felt like we’d just gotten up when it was time to go back again. In the helicopter, our headsets weren’t working properly and that is my only complaint. Overall, this was a truly unique experience that I would happily try again!

This place was awesome, we were worried about the weather so I called, got a return right back, got everything accommodated, and they even take photos for you. Definitely try to save up for the longer rides, the views are so beautiful. We ended up seeing sharks in the water from the views that you wouldn’t have seen on land! Try it out!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves on our Anniversary. The staff was friendly and courteous. The Driver was extremely excellent and made us feel very comfortable.

Truly unique way to see the coast. Me and my wife took a long ride, and it was well worth it. We saw things we would have never saw any other way. A school of rays just off the beach. The Stonehenge recreation, dinosaur art pieces, just to name a few.

All in all was a great experience, the pilot was very nice and the guide was very respectful and welcoming when we arrived, I will plan to come back in the future!

The trip was amazing, it was so nice to see the beaches from the air! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. If you have not been in a helicopter this is a good place to start!!

I took my 10 year old and 8 year old. Booking was easy, location was easy to find, instructions were easy to follow! Rachel was super friendly, and our pilot Mike was awesome! He made sure to point out the sharks and dolphins below for us, and even pulled off some acrobatic maneuvers to really add to the thrill! The kids loved it so much we had to do it again 2 days later

We had a great time, really enjoyed our first flight in a helicopter. The pilot was very knowledgeable of the aircraft and the tour attractions along the gulf shores. We would definitely recommend our friends to take a ride down along the beaches. It was definitely a great experience from a different view perspective.

I took my son and his best friend (both are 14 yrs old) on a fall break vacation, they both agreed to take a tour with Lost Bay helicopter. They both loved it as well as I did also. This was the first time my daughter had ever "flown." The lady who greeted us was very nice and encouraging. The pilot did not speak to us at all, even during the flight. He didn't even look our way when we requested a picture in front of the helicopter.

I really enjoyed Rachael and Mike. I think his name was Mike. The ride was everything. The price was reasonable. Prepare for the heat. It's hot with a breeze. The seats are hot and you might stick to them depending on how you're dressed. I plan to do this again. It's a MUST DO! Your kids would love it too.❤️❤️❤️
