Departure Details: This tour departs from 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to check in. You will be required to register at the main selling point located on the south side of the main stage. The boarding time will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes before starting the tour. Tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Miami Aqua Tours, at 305-358-7600.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide.

Pírate Ship Excursión

The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because the attendant insisted the ticket had be printed out even though the web site indicates that's not necessary. I was sent to a second attendant to print out the tickets, who walked away, went down to the boat and proceeded to untie so they could shove off leaving me standing at the counter waiting and my family in line. With no word or explanation as to what was going on, we were beginning to think they weren't going to let us on the tour. After being persistent, the now 3 attendants, finally decided  to let us on the boat for the tour we paid for. No real explanation why they acted that way. That being said, the Pirate boat tour was fun and was a fun day out.

We had a wonderful time on Wednesday 4/14/2021 on the celebrity boat tour. The captain, the young lady who was our tour guide, Alex the photographer and the other crew members, they were all Excellent!! They made the tour a Perfect experience for my husband and I. Whenever we return to Miami for a visit, we will do this again

It was very hard to hear the tour guide over the loudspeaker. It was nice she repeated everything in Spanish, but I don't understand Spanish.

The air boat tour was fine. I know you can't get wildlife to do what you want. But the land structure was under construction, lil/no shade, I got heat exhaustion & very dehydrated.
Later the bus driver have me bad information & I lost some of my belongings & I was so upset.
Because I was dehydrated I couldn't enjoy my boat tour at Bayside. The bartender only served ppl who climb stairs. & being disabled & dehydrated I couldn't climb stairs to get any drinks.
When it was time to leave the bus was an hour late & I didn't know that we weren't getting on the same bus & I had been told we could leave things on the bus, I hadn't wanted to carry a few things including my picture from the Everglades tour...& we didn't have the same bus but staff didn't seem to care how important that picture was to me.

Dehydrated & disappointed

Went on a boat cruise to see the stars homes and also went on a airboat ride with an alligator show. Very fun and entertaining day! The tour guides were great!

Boat Rides

We took the recommendation from the TripShock! representative to go with both tours and it worked out just fine.  We probably enjoyed the everglades tour a little more than the boat tour, but they both were just fine.  We are from New York so we never appreciated the beautify that southern Florida has to offer!

We had a fun time! The only thing I’d recommend is spreading people out more. They pile everyone in together on one side. That wasn’t fun. Everyone’s lines kept getting tangled and I don’t like being elbow to elbow with people.
