- Tour does not run on Christmas, New Year's Eve & Day, Valentine's Day, and Independence Day.
- The maximum capacity for the trip is 2-6 guests dependent upon trip/vessel you choose.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old, with valid ID, to reserve this charter.
- Swimming and watersports are not permitted as this trip is a sightseeing tour.
- Weapons and recreational drugs are not permitted on the trip.
- Guests must be 21 years old or older to consume alcohol.
- This tour is not recommended for expectant mothers.
- Total weight capacity must not exceed 1,000 lbs.
- Heavy decorating or confetti is not permitted.
- This charter is not handicap accessible.
- All glass items are prohibited.
- High heels are not permitted.
