Parking: There is a mandatory fuel charge of $60/half day &amp; $80/full day, 15% gratuity, &amp; a $3 parking fee that will be collected upon arrival.
Departure Details: This tour departs from 27194 Marina Road in Orange Beach, Alabama 36561 conveniently located on Marina Road, in the heart of Orange Beach. Just look for the red house. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Tour departs on time. Any issues, please contact your provider, OB Watersports, at 251-981-2527.

Jimmy made our dream and holiday excellent but we never knew they do not provide a driver and i think they should add it in the policy that a driver is not include. People like us who was trying to do this for the first time, we didn't know and the lady with dark hair was not helping at all but Jimmy changed our nightmare into something very beautiful. He was very understanding and patient.

Perfect Day

The staff was nice and very helpful.  Location was great and there are endless areas available to go explore on the pontoon boat.  You would need to rent the boat for days to go see everything.  The boat ran great and was clean.  However, the interior was worn and the radio didn’t work.  I was provided a whistle to use for emergencies because the horn didn’t work either.  Overall it was a good experience.  It could have been a little better with some functional accessories.

Picking up our boat was super easy they had it cleaned and ready to go. They showed us all the different features and how to use them. Everyone was nice and even asked us how our day days was. The kids had a blast with the slide but I think they liked jumping off the top much more. We ran into a little rain shower and having the top helped keep us out of the rain until we got moved away from the area with lightning.

My group of 5 adults and 6 children loved our half day pontoon boat rental. Kids and adults both thoroughly enjoyed the 2 slides. Boat was clean and in good condition with life jackets provided in all sizes. We only ventured out to one of the islands and 4 hours was plenty of time for lots of fun. The island was beautiful with lots of hermit crabs and crystal clear water. This was definitely worth experiencing.

A boat is a boat and this boat was everything as promised but what made the difference for us was the crew helping us. You park almost in the boat and the deck hands will load your equipment for you help you on/off and are their to unload for you too. Booking through TripShock does not include tip so they charge a mandatory tip plus fuel fee but trust me the tip was worth it.

The whole experience was easy and we had a great time.  The slide was a nice touch too.  We would definitely do this again.

this was our first rental and we had a great experience! the staff was super friendly and helpful and made sure we were well prepared. The 4 hour rental was a bit long I think we would have been ok with 2.5-3 hours.

We had a great time on the cruise.  Captain was knowledgeable and friendly.  Staff was all very nice.  Saw lots of dolphins!!  Went for my mothers birthday and it was a huge hit with the whole family.  So much fun and would definitely do it again!

It was a cute ride and when another boat came alongside and stirred up a wake, the dolphins jumped up and swam beside us for a long time.  The Captain was sick that day but determined we were going to see the dolphins!

First I scheduled the wrong day for  an additional ticket, but LaShawn at Tripshock took care of this problem immediately and without any additional problems.  She was awesome!

The show was equally as great. Highly recommend the VIP package for the 15 minutes of up close magic with Brandon.  His ability to change his voice is truly amazing. My teenagers didn't follow some of his impersonations, but for the rest of us it was entertaining and funny.  Brandon is extremely talented individual and very interactive with everyone.
