- COVID Restrictions: Masks are required on tour vehicles per Orange County Florida requirements. Vehicles will be cleaned / sanitized with disinfectant solution that kills at least 99% of germs and viruses. High touch points on vehicles will be cleaned / sanitized multiple times daily including while on tour during major stops at points of interest. Social Distancing will be strongly encouraged when possible. Washrooms onboard vehicles may be locked. Extra rest stops will be provided if necessary. Staff Members: All Gray Line staff members (office, tour guides and drivers) will be required to wear facial coverings. Staff will be required to have temperature checks upon arrival at work, if over 100.4 then they will be sent home. Staff will be required to stay home if they are sick, or a member of their family is suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19. Guests: Guests will be required to wear a face covering on board vehicles, as per Orange County requirements. Guests are requested to stay home if they are sick, or have shown any signs of sickness or had a fever recently. Guests will be provided sanitizer at the beginning of all sightseeing tours. Vendor request that guests clean hands either with sanitizer or 20 second+ handwashing if available before boarding Gray Line vehicles.
- Handicap accessible but please note at the time of booking. It is important for the reservations team to know if guest requires collapsible manual chairs or non-foldable electric wheelchairs to ensure the appropriate vehicle is reserved.
- Tour is not available on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
- No tours in September as the boat is in dry dock.
- Due to length of trip, no infants, please.
- Alcohol is not permitted.
- Glass is not permitted.
- No coolers allowed.
- Courtesy pickups are available from centralized meeting points around the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Disney areas. This system allows vendor to run the morning pickups in a smooth fashion, allowing a shorter amount of time on the vehicles.
- If you and your guests would like to skip the extra time on the bus for pick-ups, you may go to the final meeting point and board the bus there. These are also referred to as Express Pickup Points. All pick up locations allow free car parking and are easily distinguishable. You may contact vendor for final meeting point location.
- Victory III has two decks as well as snack bar and gift shop. The boat is wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible.
- Victory III cruise requires good weather, if it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different cruise time.
- Vendor uses 14 passenger Ford High Top Vehicles for transportation to and from St. Augustine.
- Tour generally runs Monday and Thursdays only.
- Service animals are permitted.
