Captains were great, made the experience so fun. Lots to see on the Bay and Shell Island.

We were a family of 11, and we all enjoyed. The crew were friendly and very helpful. The Captain even allow my husband and brother to drive the boat ( of course he was standing close lol). This was truly an amazing experience.

When we arrived we were told by the check in person that we would be called to board. While on the waiting area I asked the person (lady) there and she said that we would be called once it was time. This was our first time so obviously I had no clue. We saw a group of people going towards the boat, and then this guy comes to us and tells us, you all need to go and board...about five minutes later. The lady that told us we would be called, said "Oh I am sorry, I got distracted, you all need to go now". Obviously the captain seemed somewhat frustrated and started yelling at us as we were walking towards the boat "come on, hurry, you are going to miss the boat, we can not be waiting for anyone" it was very embarrassing, note that we arrived 45 minutes prior to our time. Getting these awkward looks from people there waiting was horrible, and no one told the captain that it was not our fault. Although his attitude changed quickly one we started moving I was not happy that my kids got to experience that, and more so, because it was not our fault. Also not worth paying that extra for "dolphin watch" since they cant control that, no you can not swim with the dolphins, nor get close to them (if that's is what you will happen) you would be better off paying the regular shuttle, experience the same exact thing for less, and spend more time at the island. The complimentary drinks were great, and at the end my children had a blast, captain let them lead the boat which made that day memorable for them. I also think its too big of a group to be on the foot loose. we don't think we would do this again, probably opt for a more private experience. and hopefully next time we will be better guided.

The crew was awesome and the boat too. Only not so good part was the weather but can't have a sunny day all the time.

Captain Justine did an amazing job and made it so fun. The water was so clear and we saw at least 15 dolphins. Highly recommend doing this when in PCB.

Had a wonderful time! Saw dolphins, osprey nest with young osprey, pelicans! Team leader Justine and the rest of her team did a fantastic job! Highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing trip. Everyone was so helpful.

My family and I went on a dolphin cruise with them we visited shell island and was able to get off the boat and swim and explore the water and bank staff was very nice and friendly with us and our 7 kids that were on tour with us my family will definitely recommend this group it was an amazing and unforgettable experience

Rob and Nico were great. The cruise was smooth. Seeing Shell Island and walking to the Gulf of Mexico coast was beautiful. Was able to see a lot of dolphins as well. It was a highlight of our trip.

We all had a blast with this crew!

We so enjoyed our time with Justine and Jacob as they sailed us to Shell Island for some snorkeling! We also crossed over the island and took in the sugary sand beach on the Gulf side and the water was breath taking! Justine sailed us into the Gulf on the return trip to view some dolphins and she found us a pod of playful dolphins! We could even hear them talking to each other. This adventure was so much fun!
