Everything was nice! The ride & staff were amazing!

Had a great cruise and the captain was so friendly! Highlight was letting the kids see the wheel and driving the boat! Would highly recommend!

It was a great experience!

We had an awesome time! We enjoyed feeding the birds, the tour, seeing dolphins and dancing. Nice extra was the full bar, snacks and the ability to bring food truck food onboard. Music was fun and the all around experience was fun from age 10 to 50 plus! The only negative is that it would have been nice to see the dolphins more out in the open water area. We would go again!

The sunset view was gorgeous. It was fun when we were given bread to feed the pigeons . The music was very entertaining. We all danced the YMCA and the chacha slide songs. The crew was very nice. My only critique is the frozen piña colada was not good. It was $10 wasted. Tasted like a candy drink.

This was an excellent experience and a great value. Shane was amazing and attentive. Will definitely do this again!

Loved our cruise! Cute cozy place to hang out and wait before our start time. I would definitely go back the next time I visit PCB.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on the Grand Mere. The staff were wonderful. We saw a few dolphins, got to feed the Sea Gulls, and the sunset was spectacular. They have the cutest little set up at the dock for just hanging out with friends. I definitely recommend!

The sunset cruise was fine for me, however I took my elderly father. He couldn’t hear any of be announcements on the speaker. Also, during disembarkation it was chaos. A little direction and order from the staff could help a lot. The boat was leaning hard to one side because everyone from the upstairs and downstairs was trying to crowd the exit at once . It made it difficult to walk up the ramp and step back onto the pavement. We witnessed one child fall all the way down the stairs onto their sibling while trying to get to the lower level. There was also a cord hanging down that prevented the men’s restroom door from closing. We witnessed several customers trying to fight with that issue.

From when you first walk up to check in it is amazing. The courtyard of lights and live music playing is incredible! The ship was beautiful, the crew amazing and the music they played was great. Have been to Panama City Beach many times, taken other cruises. This cruise was by all means the BEST! 10/10 recommend.

We almost didn’t make it because of the crazy traffic! Glad we did, staff were so friendly & sights were beautiful. You get to walk around during the tour, they have a bar with drinks and snacks. We had a blast! Definitely a must when you visit PCB.

I booked the sunset cruise for Saturday but due to the weather I changed it to Sunday. It was so easy to change the booking and staff were friendly and helpful. I also forgot to include the other people in the booking and emailed Trip Shock to see if I could include them still and they replied promptly and said I did not need to, so that was good! When we arrived at the bayside it was empty and the check-in was very quick and easy. We played a game of connect 4 at the nearby outdoor bar (I read that they have Food Trucks there, live music and events). The cruise itself was ok, we got to see a few dolphins but there were a lot more hungry seagulls. The cruise members were happy to provide bread for all of to feed the seagulls. There were snacks and drinks that you can purchase. The sunsets were lovely though, so it was a nice evening. I think going on the faster boats (sea ) is better to see the dolphins as they chased the boats.

Knowledgeable and friendly crew. We really enjoyed our time on the Grand Mére and would definitely do it again. Papa Joe’s Bayside where she departs from also is a great place to just hang out and enjoy some food and drinks.
