It was our first time to ever jet ski It was absolutely. worth the time. The guys who worked on Friday morning were extremely kind .This will be an experience I will never forget

I rented the jet ski for 1 hour. During my rental I received notification of low fuel on the jet ski before my hour was completed. I would recommend topping off skis before rental or at least verifying each ski has half a tank before each rental.

Great for our one daughter who was new to driving her own machine. Otherwise a little boring as the area you can access is pretty small so you end up going in circles, also can’t imagine if ther were more tha 4 or 5 machines on the water with you as you would crash into one another.

I had one of the greatest times of my life!! Chandler was a great great help!

TripShock was certainly an experience to remember! The crew made sure you understood the safety rules & regulations but most importantly, they made sure we had a good time! If you were born after 1988 you’ll have to complete a 25 multiple questions test. That’s the only bummer. Especially, if it’s hot & there was no where to comfortably do the test & the wind was just blowing the papers all over the place. I wasn’t informed about having to do a test until I got there so I wasn’t mentally prepared for it & would have done it the day before it was time to get on the jet ski. The crew was very friendly. I would do this activity again!

We rented 2 jet skis for an hour ride. Premier Adventure said their last call for rentals was at 4pm, so we arrived at 3. We all took the test for the Florida Boater's License, and afterwards were briefed and prepped to ride. I made sure to time us, and we were out driving the jet skis at 4pm, so we should be done at 5 right? One of the employees came out to inform us that we had a minute left at 4:35, and I didn't know the time until we were docked. My friends and I all agreed that the ride did not feel an hour long, so we feel ripped off.

Great! At first they wrote down the wrong time, but they extended us an extra 30 minutes for the error. Which was awesome. The people there were super friendly and very of safety.

Jet skis were fine once we finally were able to ride. The gal running the jet ski rental was so far from helpful. Wasted plenty of our time. We generally go to key sailing but I messed up. The process of things that needed done prior to riding was not ran effectively communicated resulting in wasted time. A lot of questions not answered. A lot of waiting around because we were t told we needed to fill out another waiver beyond the one on the internet. We were there over two hours just waiting….. will not be back.

This family stated that was the best activity on our Spring Break trip.

I had a fantastic time jetsking at Laguna. The check in process and instructions were a breeze. It was the perfect day to be on the water.
