All important items are taken on the ride.

All ticket holders will be given the option to reschedule for a later date or time or can choose to receive a refund for any tours canceled by the city of New Orleans due to high heat.

Good experience! Lots of history! Driver was quite knowledgeable! Your website needs to be updated whenever changes are made. We spent time looking for a yellow umbrella to get out tickets ( as noted on the website) it’s now changed to “ red”

We had a great time! Lofton was an awesome driver with lots of interesting information. My only complaint is the price - I didn’t feel like there was something exceptional to make an hour carriage ride worth $300.

We had an amazing spooky carriage ride through the French Quarter with Royal Carriages. Emilie had some good stories and information on some of the local haunts and her trusty steed Juneau did a good job of pulling us through the streets.
