- Weight limit per Waverunner must not exceed 400 pounds and can hold up to 2 people.
- Must be 6 years of age or older to ride along and have their parent present to sign a liability waiver for them to participate.
- Must be 21 to charter the tour. Must be 19 to operate alone. Persons under 18 (to operate MUST Have a valid home state drivers license or learner's permit.)
- Can not operate under the influence of alcohol or any medication that prohibits the use of motorized equipment.
- All Waverunners have plenty of storage area for riders to carry their own sunscreen, waterproof camera, etc.
- There is no guarantee that dolphins will be seen on this tour, but the guides have a very high success rate of locating them.
- If the weather is unfavorable for the dolphin tour, another time/date will be scheduled. If another time cannot be rescheduled, the customer will be given a full refund.

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will forfeit the entire amount paid and will not receive a refund. If the tour cannot depart due to weather or mechanical issues and is called off by the vendor, a full refund will be issued to the customer by the vendor. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period. No-shows will not be refunded.
