Trent was a great captain. Very knowledgeable and friendly and took us to all of the great spots.

our original day/time was moved to the next day because a captain was not available and then when we did go out the next day the pontoon broke down twice!!  

we do feel a discount should have been offered when the day was moved and at least a partial refund for break g down twice.

The pontoon did not break down—it briefly lost power but was quickly addressed by our captain, who ensured your experience continued smoothly by transferring your group to another boat. This was done promptly to minimize any disruption to your outing.

As for the rescheduling, our policies clearly state that trips may occasionally be moved due to staffing or operational needs, which is standard in the industry. We do our best to accommodate and ensure our guests still enjoy a safe and fun experience.

It was really nice and Trent was the coolest we even got to see dolphins I would highly recommend the platoon with a captain

We had a great time on our two hour bout tour with Captain Billy. He made it a lot of fun for my 7 year old son. We got to cruise around and see dolphins, a shark, other marine life, and check out crab island. We can’t wait to come back and try the banana boat rides.

Pontoon rental

First time to crab island for a bachelorette and had a blast! Th 2 hours was a perfect amount of time (everyone could still walk afterwards) to spend there and we had time to talk to other boats! Brendan was a great captain, he got us close to other parties and gave us tips about the locals. 10/10 would book again!

I booked a pontoon boat rental through TripShock, which apparently acts as an agency for individual rental operators.
When the rental I had chosen fell through, TripShock proactively found an alternate operator and made all the arrangements to switch my booking.
A woman from TripShock called me to let me know what was going on and answered all my questions, and TripShock followed up with e-mails and text messages. They even told me the best place to park near the marina.
Oh, and the rental from the replacement operator turned out to be less expensive than my original booking, so I got a partial refund, too.
Before I started, I was a little wary of booking through an agency instead of contacting individual rental operators directly. But I am so glad I went to TripShock.com. Their web site is a great place to find a lot of offers, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service.

We had a nice time on the tour. The staff and crew were nice. It was disappointing to receive notification of the canceled 9am tour when we showed up after paying. They were nice and gave us parking, but a telephone call before we arrived would have been nice. We had to find things to fill up a four hour space of time. Additionally, hearing a more inclusive music selection would have made it much more enjoyable. Music can create a happy place, but it everyone needs to hear something that's relatable. Maybe take some requests.

After finally getting through check-in (a few redundant and silly procedures really slow things down), we got our large group to the pier where the guys did an excellent,  and fun,  job of preparing us to take off. The boat was great (12 passenger double decker with dual slides) and easy to maneuver.  The only issue was the weather was cool,  so we ended up with a pretty short slide and swim session,  opting instead for more water exploring.  But still,  very enjoyable!

Victoria and Spencer were incredible hosts! They were knowledgeable about Crab Island and the ins and outs of having a good time. They were also incredible with the kids in our group. Spencer took a group of little to find shells and Victoria played catch with some of the older kids. We will definitely use them again when we go back!
