- Must be at least 18 years old to reserve this charter.
- Glass bottles and other glass items are prohibited.
- No expectant mothers or children under 4.
- No GPS devices are allowed on the boat.
- Not handicap accessible.
- Success is based on season and weather conditions. There are no guarantees that the customer will catch the target species.
- The captain will fillet and bag any fish that the customer catches on the trip. Please tip appropriately for all the hard work that is done on the trip.
- A cooler will be provided on the boat for snacks and drinks or you are welcome to bring your own small cooler (20qt or less) or soft cooler.
- If it rains, charters will still go out fishing depending on the customer preference. However, if there is excessive fog, wind, or lightening, the trip will not go. Trips are always decided based on the captain's discretion. Trip will either be rescheduled or refunded.
- There are no bathrooms on board, but the captain is close enough to shore to make a pit stop if needed.
- Vendor uses a 22 foot Skeeter Bay Boat.
- Maximum is 6 passengers.
