Check-In is: 45 minutes prior to the cruise time. You will be greeted by the Captain and shown to your table by one of our staff members. Once you have met your server, you are free to explore the yacht.

Cruise Minimums: There is a minimum number of guests that must be booked in order to hold a public cruise event. In rare instances, if that minimum number of guests is not reached, the event could be cancelled. Should that happen, you will receive a phone call and/or email and will have the option to either choose a new event date OR cancel without penalty.

<li>
Cruising: We will leave the dock and cruise the Choctawhatchee Bay at the scheduled cruise time. Times can vary! Please be sure to check your reservation for your specific cruise time. If you are cruising during one of our Fireworks cruise the cruise may shorter or longer based on when the fireworks are displayed.

General Seating: All seats onboard the SOLARIS have great views. In addition, based on occupancy we may use “Cruise Style Seating”. This means you may be sat with other guests.

Guaranteed Table by a Window: There are a limited number of tables next to a window. Please call (850) 650-2519 to add a Guaranteed Table by a Window. If you add the “Guaranteed Table by a Window” option through Solaris, only your guests will be seated at the table. There will be an additional charge for this option. There are times that the window seats may not be available even if you’ve selected this option. In this case you will not be charged the additional fee and General Seating rules may apply.

Tipping: We will provide you with 2-4 hours of service based on your scheduled cruise. Solaris has a standard 20% gratuity added to each ticket. Cost is included in the ticket price.

Weather: Typically weather does not affect our cruise, however, there are situations when it is too windy or lightening is in the area. Our Captain has complete control of the yacht and decides when it is safe or not to cruise. In the event that it is unsafe to cruise we will have dinner and entertainment dockside and $20 discount will be given. If we cruise for any part of the evening then no discount will be given.

Dinner - Our staff will begin serving you at your table 20-45 minutes after we get underway. Salad, Entrée, Dessert, ice tea &amp; coffee are included with your ticket. Please be prepared for your dining experience to last from 1 to 2 hours! Seasonal Appetizers are available for purchase onboard.

Misc: Dress is resort casual. Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. We do have a bar onboard, but it is not included in the pre-paid ticket price. We carry bottle beer - import and domestic, wine by the glass and bottle, mixed drinks, frozen drinks, and specialty drinks with souvenir glasses. Seasonal Appetizers are also available for purchase onboard. Photos taken at boarding are also sold onboard.

DIRECTIONS &amp; PARKING:(Very important, please read)
We are excited that you and your guests will be cruising with us tonight aboard the SOLARIS! To ensure a relaxing trip and a stress-free arrival, please be sure to allow yourself plenty of travel time to the dock. Below you will find some additional driving directions once you enter the resort.
Traffic in Destin, Sandestin, Miramar Beach and the surrounding areas can be extremely heavy. Also be aware that there’s a lot of construction work taking place at the Resort at this time. Please allow yourself plenty time to travel, park and walking to the yacht. As stated, we cannot and will not hold the boat for any reason.
To get to the main entrance of SanDestin:
We are located 5 miles east of the Bass Pro Shop in front of Destin Commons and just ½ mile east of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall on Highway 98. Once you pass the Outlet Mall, turn north (left) at the next traffic light onto the Sandestin Blvd, “Baytowne Entrance”.
PARKING ON THE RESORT IS LIMITED. You have 2 parking options available, <a href="http://i.imgur.com/xAchQHL.jpg">pictured here</a> on our map. The most important thing to remember is to allow yourself plenty of time to avoid any unforeseen parking or traffic issues. Please understand that if you miss the yacht for any reason you will be charged the full amount including any additional packages you have ordered and tax.

PARKING OPTION #1: Park inside the Baytowne Marina Parking Lot. To get to this parking lot, you must stop at the guard gate and ask the guard for a pass to the marina. Make your first right after the guard gate onto Baytowne Village Drive and proceed to the three way stop. Turn left onto Baytowne Ave. West to the Baytowne Marina and Tennis Center (8330 Mike Hayes Boulevard, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550, approx .25 miles on the left). If there is availability in the lot, please park and walk down the dock to the SOLARIS. It’s the largest yacht in the marina so you won’t miss it. This lot has a limited capacity. If it is full, you must use option 2 .

PARKING OPTION #2 Valet Park at the Baytowne Village and walk to the marina. The best walking path to take is the boardwalk that begins next to the Funky Blues Shack. Take this boardwalk to the marina dock. Once you are on the marina dock, walk to the SOLARIS. It’s the largest yacht in the marina so you won’t miss it.

We loved the cruise and everyone aboard.  The food was very good and our waitress Kella was top notch!

Anniversary Cruise

Wasnt sure about a dinner cruise. Wife wanted the experience. I expected airline food but was pleasantly surprised. The food was above board.   The ship Solaris was 3 levels and airconditioned.  The ship took us all the way down to destin and at 9 the fireworks began with us in a very good front row  seat on the upper level.   Window seat was extra but worth it .   One more thing  the directions thry give to the boat are lacking. Just put marina bar and grill in your gps and you will be close by.  One more plus.....we are limited mobility so they will shuttle you to and from the boat on a golf cart.  We can walk just not an extended distance.

Crew was great, food was excellent. The husband and wife band was the best part along with the sunset. Thanks to the Captain for a great trip!

This was a wonderful night on board a beautiful yacht and the weather was perfect. The crew was very attentive and the meal and music completed the evening

Amazing Romantic Evening

First, I would like to say that the captain and crew were pleasant, professional, and all around caring about the guest enjoying the cruise. While there were things like a very small salad, that I could state the atmosphere of this dinner cruise was very good and for that reason, I would certainly recommend this evening to those looking for sometime together in an enjoyable and safe adventure.

This dinner cruise was great! Dinner was amazing and the music was just right (because we were on the second deck). Our cruise also included the fireworks at the Destin harbor.
