Cancellation policy

Show tickets that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled show time will not be eligible for a refund. Show tickets cancelled outside 24 hours will receive a full refund minus $5. No-shows will not be refunded. If for any reason the show is canceled, customers may receive a full refund or move to another show time/date.
