How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from a mobile device. Please have a valid ID to confirm the order if needed. It’s highly encouraged that guests confirm the reservation, pickup time, and location at least 24 hours in advance. 
Departure Details: Experience departs from a downtown New Orleans hotel. Hotel pick up begins at the starting time 8:00AM with additional pick-up times at 10:20AM, 12:30PM or 3:00PM (seasonal) daily, depending on which tour time you selected. Please be ready to board the bus 30 minutes before the scheduled curbside pickup time. Drivers go hotel to hotel for pickup using Alert Transportation for ground transportation service. For any issues, please contact your provider, Louisiana Tour Company, at 504-689-3599.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide/driver.
