Duration2 hours
Be a part of the action on this 2-hour cruise on an authentic steamboat! Enjoy dancing to traditional Jazz music...
Loved the cruise and listening to the steam whistling. Some people were dressed in clothing reminiscent of the olden days which was nice to see. Loved the jazz band, they made the trip more enjoyable and fun. Would go on it again if I'm in New Orleans again.
My husband and I enjoyed every aspect of this trip. We had fun listening to the Jazz Band, the beautiful sights at the city as we rode away, being able to go in the engine room was really neat, and the food was great especially the bread pudding.

Family Affair

Tripshock saved us a huge expense while on a quick family trip. The boat was a nice event-filled with family and significant others. It was clean and tidy. We did venture out on a not so promising day. This was no fault to the crew or administrators. It was cold and wet and the typical passengers that were not dining could not be accomadated. We had two teenagers that were NOT pleased. I did purchase a family excursion with dinner but when my voucher was printed dinner was not added. That did upset me. However, we chose to take advantage due to the opportunity. The hard part was that there were many seats available during the dinner period of the cruise that were either not sold or multiple no shows. We saw the crew preparing take home dishes that were untouched while we were disembarking. That troubled me.
