How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from a mobile device to join the cruise. Please have a valid ID to confirm the order if needed. 
Parking: Discounted parking is available at the World Trade Center (WTC) Parking Lot on the corner of Poydras Street and Convention Center Blvd (100 Poydras Street). Your printing parking ticket must be presented to the Creole Queen ticket booth in order to receive the Creole Queen discount on up to 5 hours of parking. 
Departure Details: Experience departs from #1 Poydras St, Riverwalk Dock, New Orleans. Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure to check-in. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Boat departs on time. for any issues, please contact your provider, New Orleans Paddlewheels, at 504-529-4567.
Gratuities: Gratuities for your bartenders and waitstaff are highly encouraged.

I had a great time and enjoyed the ride. We did cruise only - brunch was sold out. I was do this again.

It was a great cruise except that it was to short.  When we sign up it stated that the cruise would be an hour and a half.  It was only an hour.  Would have been wonderful if it had been 2 hours.

The trip up and down the Mississippi River was fine, but nothing to write home about.  The river sides are filled with factories and broken docks, so the scenery wasn't that fantastic.  The food was fine and we enjoyed ourselves, but yeah, don't go on this expecting "beautiful" scenery.
