Parking: Park in Bluegreen Bayside Resort and Spa parking. No parking pass is required. Head to the backside of the resort where you check in at the blue kiosk before heading down the dock.
Departure Details: This tour departs from 4114 Jan Cooley Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. Park then walk around the right side of the resort where signs will direct you to the kiosk for check-in. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure. The tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Paradise Adventures Catamaran, at 850-769-3866. 
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip your tour guide.

We actually did not get to ride the Ohana sailboat, as not enough people signed up for the tour. Because of that, the company offered to rebook us to the Privateer catamaran sunset and dolphin sightseeing tour instead since it was our last night there. Whereas the Privateer tour was just fine, and we still enjoyed it, we would’ve preferred to have had the more intimate setting that we had originally booked.

We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding the change in your tour due to insufficient bookings for the Ohana sailboat. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for sharing your feedback.

While the Privateer catamaran sunset and dolphin sightseeing tour provided an enjoyable experience, we understand that you had initially booked the Ohana sailboat for a more intimate setting.

Absolutely wonderful!  Our crew. Jeremy & Jamie, created an experience to be remembered. The boat and the entire evening was way beyond our hopes. We’ve been on other  dolphin tours. The Ohana (means family and we were treated as such) was way beyond anything we’ve done before. The actual highlight of the 7 years we’ve been coming to PCB!  There should be a special level of 6 stars for exceptional experiences - this cruise was at that level. We will definitely do it again

My trip was an amazing experience! We saw a very large pod of dolphins and also got to see them surf the waves in front of a cargo ship.  The sunset was spectacular on the water too.  The best part was Courtney and her husband.  They were so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. This semi-private trip was SO worth ever penny.  A fantastic experience!

Amazing Experience!

I bought this for my 2 adult children and there spouses and they had a ball. They said the sunset was perfect and seeing the dolphins jump was amazing.  They loved the cute young couple that were there guides and said we all had to go again as a family.

What an amazing gift to give your children and their spouses! We cant wait to have you all out with us next time!

We had a great ride on Captain Anderson. 3 to shell island and dolphin watch. We ate dinner at the restaurant afterwards. The food was delicious. Will be back the next time we are in town.

Had a wonderful time! Saw dolphins,  osprey nest with young osprey, pelicans! Team leader Justine and the rest of her team did a fantastic job! Highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

Captain Justine did an amazing job and made it so fun. The water was so clear and we saw at least 15 dolphins. Highly recommend doing this when in PCB.

We had the perfect time as a family with 3 young kids. It was the perfect amount of chill and adventure. The boat ride was fun in itself being on a big catamaran and getting up close to see dolphins. And then getting out to explore shell island, swim around, look at beautiful shells and hermit crabs, snorkel, make memories! Kids and adults alike loved it. Highlight of our vacation hands down.

Captain Rob was amazing!  Friendly, fun and we saw countless dolphins.

Small Group Dolphin Tour

The lady at the front was very nice - but after that customer service was to be desired.

We had “Captain Rob”. When he came over to us he just said follow me- we got on the boat and he explained zero things - nothing on safety, nothing on how the ride was going work etc.

Our youngest got scared because Captain rob wanted to give my husband a “great” experience and went aggressive. 
Captain Rob then asked me if our youngest was special needs because he was acting up.

We were very disappointed in the “snorkel” experience.
We were able to see a few dolphins, which were very nice! 

On the ride back, he turned the music on for the first time for the last three minutes, and talked about how to tip him  the last 5 minutes.

When we got off the boat and back into the car we realized we still had a full 35 minutes left our experience, meaning what we paid for 2 hours we only got under  1.5 hours.
I was highly disappointed in this entire experience!

Customer Service to be desired - want our money back

He gave us our bucket list moment we all wanted which was to swim with the dolphins!  My kids talked about it all the way home and how much fun we had. This is a must if you go to Panama!!

The captain was absolutely amazing. We had the time of our life my six year old granddaughter hit the captain when we got off the boat and told him he was the best captain ever we saw amazing dolphin. The trip was so awesome. The employees went out of their way to make our cruise special. My nephew has spina bifida and they made his day by carrying him up to the front of the boat because his wheelchair wouldn’t fit up the walk way. He said that cruis was the best part of our vacation!!

My family had a great time on the ocean and it’s worth the money keep up the great work!!!

We had a great time. The dolphins were not very active and didn't jump but we saw plenty. The hour on Shell Island was very relaxing. We went the end of October and it was not busy at all, just the way we like it. The captain and his crew were great too.

Awesome Experience

Family vaca

Our group of 13 loved the sail and the calm waters around Shell Island. Loved the music as the Catamaran pulled out headed to sea. Girls loved not only sailing but the  snorkeling and playing in the water. They esp loved all the music and dancing on the way  back to shore......on this 3 hour cruise!! Thank you Gilligans for the wonderful experience my girls had and we will definitely rebook again on another trip to Panama City. This was a perfect memory of our trip.

Great trip

Our trip was  amazing . We saw dolphins and many sites around the bay and little history and just overall had a fantastic time.

We had a great time out on the boat! Our host was pleasant company and a very interesting person to talk to. We saw some dolphin fins in the distance, moving quickly away from us.  Obviously, it would have been amazing to have gotten a better view, but that’s not promised. We did enjoy ourselves and the areas we explored.
