Departure Details: Experience departs from the swamp tour docks, located at 5145 Fleming Park Road Lafitte, LA 70067. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in. Tour departs on time. If you have purchased transportation, please call 504-323-0570 to schedule pickup time and location. Drivers have a small time frame to pick up everyone, so please be ready and waiting outside your pickup location at least 1.5 hours before scheduled tour time. Any issues, please contact your provider, Adventures of Jean Lafitte, at 504-323-0570.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide.

Loved the swamp tour. Saw plenty of gators and our guide was well versed in the workings of the bayou. Highly recommend this experience.

Swamp Delicious

The pontoon captain was knowledgeable and fun. The ride through the swamps was relaxing and exciting. Totally recommend.

Fantastic, fun, relaxing

Are guide was entertaining knowledgeable took the time to show us the bayou, and even stopped many times to see the animals in there natural setting. Enjoyed the trip but next time will bring a blanket it was a little cold.

Great tour. The area is gorgeous and our guide was fun. The air boats of a different tour company were obnoxious.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!! The tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We got to see plenty of alligators and we even got to hold a baby one. I will definitely tell others about it.

We expected to be on the air boat, but really this was so much better. We saw some Gators that I don't think the air boat would have. Or guide was awesome. If anyone wants to see some cool Gators and swamp, go the inexpensive route and you won't be sorry. We spent our savings on gifts and the silly photos! Thanks for making this one of the highlights of our trip to NOLA!!

Would go again!

We didn't get to use the voucher because it was for the wrong location. So many different Jean Lafitte so just make sure its the right location. We called snd tried to get the voucher changed to the right location but the people were mean and rude and didn't want change location to where we were at. So 30.00 wasted plus we had to pay for the tour we were at.

After you booked, we were emailed and texted a confirmation voucher that has the name, phone number, and address of the tour location. The day before your tour you were sent reminders about the time and location. We are sorry that you booked yourself for the wrong tour. The Jean Lafitte National Park is over 17,000 acres of swamp land with dozens of different tours owned by different companies going out daily. Your tour could not be refunded because you did not discover your mistake in booking until you showed up at the wrong location. At that point, the company you had booked with missed the opportunity to sell your seats in time for the tour. We are sorry you missed this wonderful tour but do hope that in the future, should you need help booking on our site, you'll call and talk to a Reservations Agent so that we may go over any questions you may have, including location.
