- COVID Restrictions: Masks are required on tour vehicles per Orange County Florida requirements. The Wildlife Walk and above deck area of the Underwater Observatory are available. The Visitor Center, trams, boats, Reptile House, Discovery Center, and below deck of the Underwater Observatory are closed. Scheduled manatee feedings are at 11:00am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm. Restroom availability may be limited. The Wildside Café and West Entrance gift shop are open with limited capacity. All other park facilities are closed. Visitors are expected to maintain distances of at least six feet apart.
- Handicap accessible but please note at the time of booking. It is important for the reservations team to know if guest requires collapsible manual chairs or non-foldable electric wheelchairs to ensure the appropriate vehicle is reserved.
- No infants, expectant mothers or those with serious or debilitating medical conditions.
- No alcohol or coolers on bus/van.
- On the way, a breakfast bag will be provided to be eaten en-route. Breakfast bag consists of: muffin, fruit cup, orange juice & granola bar. There are vegetarian bags available but if the guest has further dietary restrictions, vendor will offer a $5 credit to purchase something themselves.
- Courtesy pickups are available from centralized meeting points around the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Disney areas. This system allows vendor to run the morning pickups in a smooth fashion, allowing a shorter amount of time on the vehicles.
- If the you and your guests would like to skip the extra time on the bus for pick-ups, you may go to the final meeting point and board the bus there. These are also referred to as Express Pickup Points. You may contact vendor after booking for final meeting location.
- All pick up locations allow free car parking and are easily distinguishable.
- Wetsuits are available for $10 per wetsuit. They are recommended as they assist with buoyancy.
- If you are planning to snorkel, wear your swimwear underneath your clothing.
- Tour generally departs Orlando area no later than 7:00am and departs Homosassa State Park no later than 3:30pm.
- Vendor uses 14 passenger Ford High Top Vehicles or larger busses dependent upon tour size.
- Manatee sightings while snorkeling are highly likely but not guaranteed.
- This activity is only available on Saturdays.
- Service animals are permitted.
- Restrooms are available.
