We had a great time. There is a good reason for the waiver. Some parts are not meant for aging adults who want to play around. I fell and now sport a nice purple bruise. Lesson learned, but will return on next vaca. Its great fun for a low cost!!

The kids had a great ti.e at the factory. They got the golden ticket. So, it was hours of fun for then and plenty of time for me to watch and relax.

My boys age 12 and 9 had a great time jumping and playing at the trampoline jump experience at the factory! We were looking for something to do besides the beach for a few hours. This place did not disappoint! Clean, friendly fun!

We had a great time! It’s not just for families with young children. I’m 48, my husband is 49, and our kids are 23,25,and 26, and we had so much fun. Great work out, too.

My daughter had a great time! I could have gotten the same price ticket at the park though and gone sooner without scheduling an appointment and having to make a trip back from orange beach though had I known for the gold ticket!

We have tons of jump houses and trampoline places back home but this is hands down the best place we have ever been. Great staff, excellent activities and obstacle courses, clean space— it’s perfect. Your kids and you will love it

Long line wait and it took awhile for the clerk to find our information to get our wrist bands. The kids enjoyed themselves but was boring for the waiting adults.

Both kids and parents had a blast. A few sore muscles but no one complained.

My family had a blast and this was an excellent way to end our vacation :D all the way from IL, thank u for the kindness, and politeness from the staff. We will definitely add this to our to do list when we come back down for vacation next year :D

The employees within the area of play was kind and polite to all of us. The girl at front desk not so much. It’s not that she was ugly to anyone just didn’t seem as caring or welcoming as the other employees. But my grand babies had a blast and we will be back. Thank you for a great place for the kids and an area for grandparents to rest and relax.

The person who set us up for trampoline park assumed the adults who were not jumping still had to pay. Luckily the staff was very understanding and refunded our money with no problems.

I took my 3 grandchildren, ages 14,12 and 11. They thoroughly enjoyed it. It has become a tradition to visit The Factory whenever they come to spend time with me. Booking our visit on TripShock saved me a total of $27.00. Will definitely book through TripShock again!
