- Closes early at 3:00 PM on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Days.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Food and beverages cannot be brought into the park.

- Flamingo Gardens Everglades Wildlife Sanctuary gives residence to permanently injured and non-releasable birds and animals, and is home to the largest collection of Florida native wildlife - including alligators, bear, bobcats, eagles, otters, panthers, peacocks, and flamingos.
- If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded, at vendor discretion.
- For visitors that don't have automobile transportation, there are a variety of cab companies and shuttles that go to Flamingo Gardens regularly.
- The park is open from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. (Hours may vary and are subject to change). No one will be able to enter the park after 4:00 pm.
- Spend an hour or spend the day. It's recommended to give yourself at least three hours for your visit.
- Food and drinks are available inside at the Flamingo Gardens Cafe or the Flamingo Gardens Food Truck.
- Restrooms are available throughout the gardens.
- Only certified service dogs are permitted.
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Gardens are handicap friendly.
- Tour guides are not provided.
