Valentine's Dinner and Dancing Cruise Aboard The Solaris

Check-In 45 minutes prior to the cruise time. Guests will be greeted by the captain and shown to a table by one of our staff members. Once guests have met a server, guests are free to explore the yacht.

Cruising: We will leave the dock and cruise the Choctawhatchee Bay at the scheduled cruise time. Times can vary! Please be sure to check the reservation for the specific cruise time.

<li>
General Seating: All seats onboard the SOLARIS have great views. In addition, based on occupancy we may use “Cruise Style Seating”. This means guests may be sat with other guests.

<li>
Guaranteed Table by a Window: There are a limited number of tables next to a window. Please call 850-650-2519 to add a Guaranteed Table by a Window. If guests add the “Guaranteed Table by a Window” option through Solaris, only the guest's party will be seated at the table. There will be an additional charge for this option. There are times when the window seats may not be available even if guests have selected this option. In this case, guests will not be charged the additional fee and General Seating rules may apply.

Tipping: Solaris has a standard 20% gratuity added to each ticket. Cost is not included in the ticket price and will be collected on-site. You must bring a form of payment onboard for this charge, as it is charged by Sunquest Cruises.

Weather: Typically weather does not affect our cruise, however, there are situations when it is too windy or lightning is in the area. Our Captain has complete control of the yacht and decides when it is safe or not to cruise. In the event that it is unsafe to cruise we will have dinner and entertainment dockside and a $20 discount will be given. If we cruise for any part of the evening then no discount will be given.

Dinner - Our staff will begin serving guests at table 20-45 minutes after we get underway. Salad, Entrée, Dessert, iced tea &amp; coffee are included with the ticket. Please be prepared for the dining experience to last from 1 to 2 hours! Seasonal Appetizers are available for purchase onboard.

Misc: Dress is resort casual. Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. We do have a bar onboard, but it is not included in the pre-paid ticket price. We carry bottled beer - import and domestic, wine by the glass and bottle, mixed drinks, frozen drinks, and specialty drinks with souvenir glasses. Seasonal Appetizers are also available for purchase onboard. Photos taken at boarding are also sold onboard.

DIRECTIONS &amp; PARKING: (Very important, please read)
To get to the main entrance of Sandestin:
We are located 5 miles east of the Bass Pro Shop in front of Destin Commons
and just ½ mile east of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall on Highway 98. Once guests pass the Outlet Mall, turn north (left) at the next traffic light onto Sandestin Blvd, “Baytowne Entrance”.
PARKING ON THE RESORT IS LIMITED. Guests have 3 parking options available, <a href="http://i.imgur.com/xAchQHL.jpg">pictured here</a> on our map. The most important thing to remember is to allow plenty of time to avoid any unforeseen parking or traffic issues. Please understand that if guests miss the yacht for any reason guests will be charged the full amount including any additional packages ordered and tax.

PARKING OPTION #1: Park inside the Baytowne Marina Parking Lot. To get to this parking lot, guests must stop at the guard gate and ask the guard for a pass to the marina. Make the first right after the guard gate onto Baytowne Village Drive and proceed to the three-way stop. Turn left onto Baytowne Ave. West to the Baytowne Marina and Tennis Center (8330 Mike Hayes Boulevard, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550, approx .25 miles on the left). If there is availability in the lot, please park and walk down the dock to the SOLARIS. It’s the largest yacht in the marina so guests won’t miss it. This lot has a limited capacity. If it is full, guests must use option 2.

PARKING OPTION #2 Valet Park at the Baytowne Village and walk to the marina. The best walking path to take is the boardwalk that begins next to the Funky Blues Shack. Take this boardwalk to the marina dock. Once guests are on the marina dock, walk to the SOLARIS. It’s the largest yacht in the marina so guests won’t miss it.

My wife and I had the most fun on a date night that we have had in a while. We were treated and served with care and we loved that we were able walk around the boat at will and not be stuck at our table until our dining courses were over. The sky deck and the views from up there were amazing. All around a great time and a great environment to spend a night!
