The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is located on Okaloosa Island, right next to The Boardwalk, at 1010 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548. The Gulfarium is about 5 miles away from Destin’s HarborWalk Village.

2. Where do I park?

Parking is available onsite at no charge.

3. Is this a good rainy day activity?

Visiting the Gulfarium on Okaloosa Island is the perfect rainy day activity! Most of the park is covered, with some indoor areas, as well. Even though most of it is covered, however, it is still recommended to bring an umbrella or rain jacket, for the few areas of the park that are not completely covered.

4. Does the aquarium offer animal encounters?

Animal encounters and programs are just one of the amazing activities offered at the Gulfarium! Please be aware that general admission tickets do not include animal encounters, animal encounters must be purchased separately. If you do purchase an animal encounter, you will also need to purchase a general admission ticket to enter the park, as well. Animal encounters that are offered include: Dolphin Splash Encounter, Discover Dolphins Encounter, VIP “Trainer for a Day” Experience, Discover Turtles Encounter, Discover Harbor Seals, Discover Penguins, Discover Sea Lions, and Kids Reptile Safari.
