What a fun time we had! The crew members couldn’t have been nicer. The only drawback was NOLA had a ban on live music so no Jazz band on board.
The steamboat hatches with lunch was our favorite part of our trip to NOLA. Highly reccomend it to anyone considering this activity.
Nice tour with good, interesting narration. Fun to see the city and the river from this perspective. We didn’t do the lunch add-on, so can’t comment on that. Disembarkation process could be streamlined/managed better. Got a bit jammed up. Overall, thumbs up.

Awesome! So fun!
It was very entertaining. I like that you separated smokers from non- smokers, better for all concerned.
We had already walked the streets of New Orleans French Quarter, but this tour provided us with an entirely different way of looking at buildings and streets knowing the history and stories involving those areas and the people inhabiting them. From vampires to witches and serial killers, we weren't able to go to sleep that night! Excellent! My 17 and 18 y.o. kids said it was their favorite part of our vacation!

Our tour guide was a local and super cool and funny! 2 thumbs up
I highly recommend the 6-8 person Air Boat Ride. It was so much fun!!!! Our guide was informative and patient with our picture taking. We saw TONS of gators and the ride was fun.
This was awesome! Learned lots about the bayou. Had a fun guide that answered lots of questions. First time in an airboat but I have taken boat tours many times. Would definitely do this tour again in warmer month to see more alligator activity.

I know this experience would have been much better, I’m sure it’s only because the country was just coming out of quarantine from COVID-19. However I was very impressed.
Shuttle service was awesome and seeing the floats and the process of making them was a blast. Good time for all ages.
We enjoyed seeing the behind the scenes look at creating the imagery of Mardi Gras and corporate projects.

Our bus driver gave us some great stories about the cities and the culture. We had amazing food for lunch which was a buffet. We went to 2 plantations, Oak Alley plantation and Laura Plantation. Both plantations were breath taking, however, our tour guide at the Laura plantation was so passionate about the history she really brought the experience to life. I want to give kudos to Lindie our Laura guide. Highly recommended
Everything went flawlessly. Our boat driver was so professional and personal at the same time. I’ve never had such a close up experience and not been afraid for my life! The alligator was litterally 3 inches away from us but our boat driver/ tour guide was in complete control. I would rate him and the experience as a 10 star rating !

We really enjoyed learning some of the history of the 2 plantations. They were both beautiful
Oak Alley and Laura are two plantations that are a must see in Louisiana! Oak Alley is incredibly beautiful and Laura has some fascinating stories. Both portray an honest depiction of the lives of the owners and slaves before and after the civil war.

The phone operator Nikki whom hooked us up on this deal is the best!!!!
Captain Brent was a fabulous host throughout the tour! He answered all of my questions and was vigilant in looking for critters for us (gators, nutria, herons, and turtles). The scenery was beautiful and there was lots to learn and see, even some cabins that were used as movie sets!
