Welcome to The New Orleans School of Cooking where food, fun and folklore are all on the menu! Our entertaining cooking demonstrations are located in a renovated molasses warehouse built in the early 1800s in the heart of the French Quarter. Our Creole/Cajun experts teach New Orleans specialties - Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp & Artichoke Soup, and Pralines, and season them with history, trivia and tall tales. We teach the basics of Louisiana Cooking in a way guests will never forget. It’s a “ga-ron-teed” good time for all. Our max capacity is 68 so be sure to book soon!
