TripShock.com is partnering with Destin Harvest to fight hunger on the Emerald Coast. $1 of every booking made on TripShock in April (up to $1,000) will be going to combat hunger in our local communities. About Destin Harvest

Destin Harvest is a non-profit organization serving the counties of Okaloosa and Walton. They focus on providing quality, nutritious food and ingredients, and active feeding programs where then serve meals to the homeless. Destin Harvest picks up from 23 regular food donors, and distributes over 120,000 pounds of food a month.

The face of hunger is typically misinterpreted, with many not realizing that working families, elderly, and chronically ill individuals suffer from starvation due to a lack of income. Thousands of Floridians go hungry every day, and Destin Harvest seeks to bridge the gap between food surplus and hunger by supplementing quality feeding programs like soup kitchens, food pantries, and homeless shelters with free food.

Don’t worry, you will have plenty of help from the artists on staff. Beverages are available for purchase including beer and wine so you can get your creative juices flowing!
