Great way to spend time with the family & get a unique perspective of the beach!

We had alot of fun on our first parasailing trip. We took our 7 yr old son and it could not have been more calm, fun, and relaxing. Nate and Lee were both great. Very friendly, professional, and were willing to answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

The trip itself, was fine. Captain friendly. . The asst, Nate, disappointing. Was very friendly with some, not us…he was so busy talking that he forgot about our picture package. The lady at counter not so friendly either, when I asked for something to address the loss, major attitude, Nate told her to refund me for the photo package

Our girls went without us (their parents). I was a little nervous as they are only 13. But I signed the waiver and let them go anyway. The staff took extra good care of them realizing they were both unaccompanied minors. The girls haven’t stopped talking about it. 10/10 recommend! Also, it’s a good idea to send water with them (I didn’t, mother of the year I know). They were first to go and had to wait the rest of the ride and said they got so thirsty out there. AND! TIP THE STAFF!! They deserve it.

Highly recommended. We reached prior to our scheduled time and requested to accommodate us for early slot which was obliged. The whole sailing trip was great and loved the experience.

The captain and crew were great and friendly. A great parasailing experience. They even had an option to get gopro video of the experience where they gave me a gopro to hold and record, which was great. Great views and experience

We went parasailing this morning after surprising my whole family with tickets, we decided to do videos and photos to capture the experience. The experience did not start off wonderfully with the front desk lady unfriendliness and poor customer service. We asked about videos and she said “they’ll give you more details on the boat” then we asked if we go down to the dock“ she insisted “ stay here they’ll come get you when they’re ready.” When I called earlier regarding not getting the video of my fiance and I on our phones only my brother and my moms she took my number said they call. They never called so I took it upon myself to go up there, she said “they just called did you not get it.” After asking for a confirmation of my number she said “nothing I can do the captain took it, he should be calling soon.” I had to politely ask when they would be back from their next sail, then continue to play phone tag to get back to the captain. They couldn’t do anything about the video not getting to our phone and did not offer anything in return. Not asking for a free handout, just good customer service and something to help where they messed up. Choose another company! Not to mention before him and I went up to fly the captain said “The memory should be good.” Memory SD card ended up being full after us flying a little while. He did let us fly longer which was great, but we never got the video.

Tim and Jared were excellent! Very informative and made the adventure fun and relaxing. Would definitely recommend! We paid for the picture package and got our pictures downloaded right to our phone.

Lee and Nate are great captain and mate and answered all poor questions. The site was amazing and I’d do it again
