Great experience! The instructions were clear, and the boat was excellent. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again!

We had a great trip on the pontoon boat as usual. 2nd year it rained though but we still had a great afternoon. The boats are great and easy to rent! Always a fun time!

I would come back and rent again. Everyone was nice, helpful and thorough, keeping me informed. Couple of things I would consider changing…Put the boat operation and safety video on your website, make it easy and available, unable to view it. Once the waiver and the link expires, you can’t go back in make changes or corrections. A staff member sent me the link after request, this saves us both time and money and could be avoided. The video is very helpful and should be readily available and viewed as many times as needed for a first time boat operator or especially an inexperienced boater. Also, I suggest putting the rental insurance options early on and BOLD print, not buried in the fine long winded print. Makes you feel blind sided when you get to the window to pay… people don’t like $$ surprises ($75-$500) A final thought is some of the wording about if staff has to come get the boat “for any reason” is not at all warm and fuzzy felling to the customer. Sometimes boats just break down and have issues out of the control of the customer. Hopefully this is not the case. If so, you should revisit this policy. Thanks!

It was horrible.. im not at all satisfied because no horn , no music system ( it was not working). i don’t recommend.

Our experience with the Pontoon Rental at Gilligan’s was smooth, from check-in to check-out. Everyone was helpful and informative about current weather status/delays, while keeping our safety first.

Would not rent from again. Boat was in really bad shape with torn up carpet (making it hard to walk), big holes out of cushions and the boat had not been cleaned in a while. Trash was on board from previous renter.

We arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule as requested, and the team got us out quickly onto our boat, which was clean and ready for our day!

I have used them several times and have excellent customer service. Super helpful and always friendly. Would recommend a million times.
