No better way to enjoy crab Island than with this double decker boat with slides. It was our 1st visit and we had the time of our lives. It took some time to realize that the slides

Overall it was a good time. We took the time to fill the waivers out online thinking it would save time and when we got there we had to fill them out again. They gave us a different pontoon then what we booked and come up find out there was another Wilson with a reservation so I believe we were given their pontoon and they got ours. Also we didn't rent a Lilly pad but the boat they gave us had one on it and the kids got super excited. They then told us they had us under the wrong reservation and we had to pay for the pad. Well at that point we didn't have much choice so we paid extra for it. Just wish they would've had our reservations right, one was Steven and the other was Travis. They didn't check my voucher which probably would've stopped the confusion. Oh well.... It is what it is and we had a good time but we probably won't do it again.

We rented a 2 tier pontoon with double slides and a giant lily pad. The lily pad was a great hit with the little guys and the slide was fun for the big boys! One advice I have is that if you are going to use the slide, make sure you anchor the boat in an area with a deeper body of water. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

The boat went very slow compared to all the other ones in the bay.

We rented a double decker. The pontoon’s slides didn’t work and the lily pad had a tear in it, but without question tripshock refunded us our cost on those items! We still had a good time at the island.

Liked boat but paid too much

Great folks and great experience. If you aren’t familiar with boating, the double decker is a bit harder to drive if it’s windy I will say. Experienced drivers won’t have an issue but will notice the difference.

Had a great day on the boat! Was clean and ready to go…and helpful with loading and unloading!

Just we would have booked our boat for a full day instead of half day. Because we were having a good time out on Crab Island

Wonderful one the best experience we have had .

After finally getting through check-in (a few redundant and silly procedures really slow things down), we got our large group to the pier where the guys did an excellent, and fun, job of preparing us to take off. The boat was great (12 passenger double decker with dual slides) and easy to maneuver. The only issue was the weather was cool, so we ended up with a pretty short slide and swim session, opting instead for more water exploring. But still, very enjoyable!

Best 4 hours ever!! Thanks to "Ethan" who got us on our way and met us as we returned...he was especially personable and kind!
