Parking: Public parking is available at 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Spaces are limited on high volume days, therefore it is highly encouraged that customers take one car or ride-share to and from the activity. Please use 210 Harbor Blvd Destin, Florida 32541 in your GPS. Turn into Brotula's parking lot make an immediate left, then right. Follow the road all the way to the water and park in the parking lot to the left. DO NOT park elsewhere or you may be towed. 
Departure Details: Rentals depart from 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Destin Parasailing, at 866-359-3114.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary and appreciated to tip 20%.

I booked a pontoon boat rental through TripShock, which apparently acts as an agency for individual rental operators.
When the rental I had chosen fell through, TripShock proactively found an alternate operator and made all the arrangements to switch my booking.
A woman from TripShock called me to let me know what was going on and answered all my questions, and TripShock followed up with e-mails and text messages. They even told me the best place to park near the marina.
Oh, and the rental from the replacement operator turned out to be less expensive than my original booking, so I got a partial refund, too.
Before I started, I was a little wary of booking through an agency instead of contacting individual rental operators directly. But I am so glad I went to TripShock.com. Their web site is a great place to find a lot of offers, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service.
