Read experience great company.I think I would suggest this.You email out those waiver forms the night before is.If you have a lot of people , it takes a lot of time in the morning before you trip other than that the people awesome especially the young fellows who get the boat out of where it's docked and get some place easier to maneuver.

I booked a pontoon boat rental through TripShock, which apparently acts as an agency for individual rental operators. When the rental I had chosen fell through, TripShock proactively found an alternate operator and made all the arrangements to switch my booking. A woman from TripShock called me to let me know what was going on and answered all my questions, and TripShock followed up with e-mails and text messages. They even told me the best place to park near the marina. Oh, and the rental from the replacement operator turned out to be less expensive than my original booking, so I got a partial refund, too. Before I started, I was a little wary of booking through an agency instead of contacting individual rental operators directly. But I am so glad I went to TripShock.com. Their web site is a great place to find a lot of offers, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service.
