Fort Myers is located on Florida's Gulf Coast between Sarasota and Naples. Highway I-75, U.S. 41, and Alligator Alley are the major roads connecting the city to other locations. If you're coming from Orlando, it's a 3.5-hour drive; Tampa is 2.5 hours away; Miami is 2.5 hours away as well.
