Parking: Parking is available on-site.
Departure Details: Activity departs from Top Tier located at 925 Beach Club Trail, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Please park at the clubhouse and walk towards the water. Looking at the water, take the boardwalk furthest to your right. Once on the beach, you will see a ticket booth to your right. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in at the ticket booth and review operational and safety procedures. Departs on time. It is highly recommended to confirm the departure time at least 24 hours in advance by calling the number found on this voucher. For any issues, please contact your provider, Southern Rose Dolphin Trips and Parasailing, at 251-981-7673.
Gratuities: There is a mandatory 15% gratuity fee that will be collected upon arrival.

Fun ride! The location is nice for us staying at Kiva, but you are not on the parasail for 30 min. Our group left the shore, banana boat ride out, parasailed, had the other group parasail, banana boat ride back, gather our stuff, and walk to our car all in 1 hour. This site also has you pay a convenience fee, which I understand, but then on top of that adds a mandatory 15% gratuity once you arrive (be sure to bring your Apple Pay or CC). It's not gratuity or TIP when it's mandatory.

Hi Margie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The activity from start to finish lasts about 30 mins and goes like this- safety briefing, boarding the banana, getting out to the parasail boat, then get hooked up for parasail, then parasailing, then boarding the banana again and coming back ashore. There is information in the listing and on your voucher that says parasail time is up to 10 minutes long and that a mandatory tip is required. We are sorry if you missed reading this information. Nice Location, not 30 minutes of Parasailing

Lots of fun, very enjoyable, but whoever was driving the banana boat barely let my husband, the last person on, get seated and grab hold before taking off. I think he was too aggressive and didn’t have a safety first mindset. 

No one discussed any safety/emergency measures with us beforehand.  Otherwise, Lauren in the hut did a great job and was super friendly. The parasail boat captain and his deck hand were great too.

We enjoyed it -our first time-and would do it again.

Our family of 7 had a fantastic time riding the banana boat, and the parasailing experience was amazing! All the staff were nice and knowledgeable, especially the boat crew who made this trip truly memorable.  Thank yall so much!

Wonderful Experience

The girl taking us out to the boat was a little careless. One of our passengers was still standing when she took off and went face down. 

The boat drivers who did the parasailing were totally awesome!! They were fun and made it less scary for us first timers! 

On the way back, the same girl took us to the shore! She paid no attention to our safety. 

Overall it was a fun experience.

Boat Ride

My family had a great time parasailing the other day! The only down side is it made me realize how fat and out of shape I am! LOL! I will definitely come back and do it again!

The appointment time was a joke.  We got there early and had to wait an hour because they let walk ups go before us.  Then said they would text us when we were ready and never did.  The boat captain was great, luckily.

Unorganized

The only trouble we had was trying to find you guys! However I will say because we were running late trying to find them they came to us instead and brought us to their location! It was incredibly fun and I wish we opted to do the banana boat ride too! Very friendly and happy people!

My daughter talked us into this and it was amazing!!!  Loved it!!  Too bad the pictures I paid for didn’t turn out very good.  Most were too dark to see our faces

Enjoyed but

My two granddaughters and I went parasailing together. It was their first time. One was scared but I assured her it would be fun! They absolutely loved it. They also loved the banana boat ride. Can’t wait to come back again! The crew was so helpful getting my handicapped husband on the boat as a spectator. Great memories for all of us!

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

it was a fantastic cruise we had a lot of fun, our captain was extremely friendly , knowledgeable, and we got to see many dolphins. the sunset was beautiful, drinks and snacks were available, we learned about the dolphins sleep pattern. very interesting, I got to see my first dolphin on this same boat two years ago . it was very exciting to learn that I was going to get to take this tour again. I will probably be returning again in 2027, if still available. thank for what and all they do.
