Parking: Free parking is available on-site. 
Departure Details: This boat departs from Island Watersports Company located at 1318 Miracle Strip Parkway Southeast, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548. It is right across from the Island Resort, and in between Destin West and the Destin West RV Park. Check-in is located inside the Island General Store. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. For any issues, please contact your provider, Island Watersports Company, at 850-424-7625.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip.

Great Experience to Crab island for first time. Excellent communication by our boat captain  and his Assistant Grace! Smooth ride to and from and they offered us our drinks from their coolers and took our pics. Bot was excellent size of small group with cute bar stools like a bar. Floaties are a nice addition. My family of 6 had an awesome time! Our captain Elliott was awesome. He took time to answer all of our questions went out his way to show us around for a while. Made us feel so comfortable. He went out his way to throw some passes with my oldest son while we took a break and ate. He was ver attentive to us. Didn't mind the drive to this location because the drive from the place to crab island and back was very enjoyable!!!

After finally getting through check-in (a few redundant and silly procedures really slow things down), we got our large group to the pier where the guys did an excellent,  and fun,  job of preparing us to take off. The boat was great (12 passenger double decker with dual slides) and easy to maneuver.  The only issue was the weather was cool,  so we ended up with a pretty short slide and swim session,  opting instead for more water exploring.  But still,  very enjoyable!
