Everything was very nice.. th weather was perfect we got a Chance to see the dolphins and took great pictures

I’m glad we decided to live this experience with this company, they helped me a lot by rearranging our trip since our GPS took us to the wrong location, all the team was so kind and made us feel welcome, we absolutely do it again, we had so much fun. Thanks to the whole team.

The trip was literally 5 minutes! All the fast are very unfriendly I was getting in and the guy literally said hurry up guys like dude it’s slippery wet and of course i dnt have great knees I noticed a customer after us she was also having a hard time getting on and nobody helped her and they seemed annoyed! Honestly it’s not worth it it’s cheap yes but also cheap customer service!

Excursions were great but the rep at check-in was snotty. I checked in for the boat ride after paying online for banana boat ride. She immediately said I had to pay a tip that was required and wanted to know how I would be paying. I had left all my belongings in my car that was parked about 15 minutes away. She was rude about the whole situation. Thankfully my sister had brought her credit card. The website should have stated tip would be required at check-in but I’ll be honest, as much as it cost for the banana boat ride and later the parasailing, the tip should’ve been included in final cost. So, we done the banana ride and then my granddaughter wanted to parasail. We went back to the check-in place and paid for them to parasail. I asked if there was any kind of discount since we had just done the banana boat and she rudely said there was only a discount if we had paid to parasail first. My sister paid for the parasail excursion and the girl didn’t mention a tip but undoubtedly added another one since the charges to the credit card were way over the cost to parasail. The young men that did the excursions were amazing and we enjoyed both. I’d suggest the website being updated to state the tip has to be paid at check-in.

We're grateful that the staff accommodated our tardiness, due to getting lost, and fit us in for our ride. The ride was a blast but the time approaching a location to accelerate enough for a fun ride is too long.

The guys at the bottom where you put the life jackets on and board the ride were amazing. Our driver was amazing as well. The girls at the check in hut should consider another job without customer interaction. They were not welcoming at all. After the ride when we went back to the area where our shoes were one of the girls had a water hose. I asked if I could use it to rinse my shoes and lower legs and she did not want to let me use it. Then see proceeded to barely spray me herself in all the wrong spots. The gentleman behind her told her to let us hold the waterhose but we choose to just walk away after that. Awful perception to have in a tourist location.

This is such a fun experience. I wish it could have lasted longer. My 3, 11, and 13 year Olds all really enjoyed it and wanted to go again. The staff was extremely friendly and they also seen dolphins so took us so we could all see them.

Such a scam for what we paid I didn’t realize it was just with a WaveRunner off the shore and literally like five minute ride. My kids didn’t even get wet. It was that bad.
