How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from your mobile device. Please have a valid photo ID available for verification. 
Parking: Parking is available across the street from the departure location at the Surf Style Marketplace. Do not Park at Sea N Suds. Parking there will result in a towed vehicle.
Departure Details: Activity departs from Blue Sky Parasailing located at 401 East Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Park then walk down to the beach. Look for a ticket booth on the beach at Seawinds Condominiums. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Southern Rose Dolphin Trips and Parasailing, at 251-981-7673.
Gratuities: There is a mandatory 15% gratuity fee that will be collected upon arrival.

This was the best ever experience the staff was incredible and respectful and knowledgeable and we will be using them again the next vacation

This was one of our most favorite stops everytime we are in the area.  My daughter absolutely loved the banana boat ride to the parasailing boat. All around one of the best activities in Orange Beach. (She says the guys  alone are worth a peek ladies)

Our trip was rescheduled due to weather.All communication had been through email so I checked email before heading out. We waited 20 minutes before I called due to nobody present at ticket booth.  I explained we are here but don’t see anyone and the receptionist became defensive saying they had called several times. she offered a 3:00 trip from a location 20 minutes away. only problem so far was rudeness of receptionist.  I called before heading to Orange Beach from Gulf Dhores to confirm we were a go. Upon arrival we approached ticketing to sign in for our banana boat ride and parasail trip and i was told by the receptionist the banana boat tour was not part of the Orange Beach trip and that  there was no reduction in price. I expressed disappointment that this info wasn’t shared when she rebooked. She then snapped back it’s just a shuttle to the boat, I then explained advertising a banana boat ride as an exciting part of the trip went against her statement and reminded her that the banana boat tour was an exciting part of the trip  and kids were looking forward to it. She went silent and rudely handed me the wAiver to essentially  say “ i don’t care”. Signed waiver and waited for host for parasailing.  Trip was fun and kids loved.  Note what was advertised as a 30 minute adventure was 1hour and 20 minutes. They had us jammed in. Probably to absorb earlier cancelled trips but the increase in time out was not communicated prior to departure. This did not affect our day but another passenger group was stressed because they had other reservations that would be affected.  Note: you cannot take your own phone on the boat. Don’t plan to take your own pictures and you are no contact while away.

Poor Communication.

Staff was pleasant to speek with and the boat ride was cool. The veiw was amazing from the parachute. The pictures could have been better or at least a few close-ups of my wife and my self like the ones that were taken of my sons but it's all good im a master of editing lackluster photos. 10 out of 10 will do again but probably won't add on the picture package again

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

It was great! My daughter and I went. I'm afraid of heights, & my husband had a terrible experience back in the day, but I always wanted to parasail, so we did!  It was her 2nd time. We even saw a sea turtle.

Fun ride! The location is nice for us staying at Kiva, but you are not on the parasail for 30 min. Our group left the shore, banana boat ride out, parasailed, had the other group parasail, banana boat ride back, gather our stuff, and walk to our car all in 1 hour. This site also has you pay a convenience fee, which I understand, but then on top of that adds a mandatory 15% gratuity once you arrive (be sure to bring your Apple Pay or CC). It's not gratuity or TIP when it's mandatory.

Great place to rent jet ski’s from.  The 2 gentlemen running the dock were knowledgeable, friendly and fun to rent from.  The No Wake zone was minimal, a short 2-3 min trip to open water.  The jet ski’s were well maintained and very fast.  Definitely better experience than the competition we rented from 2 days prior.
