Parking: Public parking is available at the Lagoon Motel located at 5915 North Lagoon Drive. 
Departure Details: The pontoon rentals are launched from behind the Lagoon Motel located at 5915 N Lagoon Dr Panama City, FL 32408. North Lagoon Drive is accessible from Thomas Drive, across the street from Captain Anderson's. Do not go to the Lighthouse marina location for pontoon boat rentals. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure time. It is best to confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. For any issues, please contact the provider, FUNPCB, at 850-235-8051.
Boater's Test: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>. 
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip your tour guide.

Booking was very easy, check in was a breeze. The boat was fun and it was an easy ride to Shell island. Will definitely book with them again

Our snorkel and dolphin excursion was absolutely wonderful. Chelsea and Kelly did a wonderful job. They make a pretty sweet team and the whole family enjoyed the trip to shell island. Seeing dolphins jumping out of the water was the best part.
