Every booking is backed with our Lowest Price Guarantee policy. If you find any of our activity or hotels priced lower than what’s listed on TripShock! at the time of booking, we will match the price AND discount another 5% for the inconvenience. We want you to be confident that you are getting the best price possible for your booking.
Before submitting a request, please be aware of the following
► If you find a lower price on another website, please check the dates of your booking because most destinations are seasonal and prices will change.
► The lowest price guarantee does not apply to bookings that have been already made. If the hotel or tour goes on promotion, you may cancel and rebook at the lower rate, but cancel fees may apply.
► On occasion, tour and hotel providers will change their rates and it could take up to 24 hours to propagate across all other travel sites. If this is the case, we will match whatever the adjusted rate is. We cannot revert back to the previously changed rate.
► We will not price match companies that sell direct by owner (i.e. VRBO). Individual owners have no conformity on pricing and will sometimes lack essential services to guests such as on-site guest services.
