Every booking is backed with our Lowest Price Guarantee policy. If you find any of our activities priced lower than what’s listed on TripShock! at the time of booking, we will match the price AND discount another 5% for the inconvenience. We want you to be confident that you are getting the best price possible for your booking.
Before submitting a request, please be aware of the following
► If you find a lower price on another website, please check the dates of your booking because most destinations are seasonal and prices will change.
► Some tours look similar but are not by the same company, we are unable to match a price that is not for the same exact company we contract with.
► The lowest price guarantee does not apply to discounts on Groupon or discounts from coupon books or online promo codes.
► The lowest price guarantee does not apply to bookings that have been already made. If the tour goes on promotion, you may cancel and rebook at the lower rate, but cancellation fees may apply.
► On occasion, tour providers will change their rates and it could take up to 24 hours to propagate across all other travel sites. If this is the case, we will match whatever the adjusted rate is. We cannot revert back to the previously changed rate.
Please have the following information available ready to report a Lowest Price Guarantee claim:
● Name of the tour you wish to book
● Date and time (if applicable) you wish to book
● Link to the site showing lower price for same date and time.
