Very long trip to get to the dolphins without any guide. Water was rough. Very slow!! Wouldn’t do it again.

Trip was delayed about 45 minutes due to mechanical problems of some sort. No one came out to the long line waiting in the sun/heat to offer an apology or reason for the delay. Cruise itself was okay, spent two hours on the intercostal waterway and a half hour at sea looking for dolphins. Understand you won’t always see dolphins but only a half hour to find them? Seen more from hotel room window. Crew was nice, and the ride was nice. But….

Awesome experience! The captain and crew were very polite and fun! Even if you don’t catch a dolfin sighting the ride is well worth the price. I highly recommend this

No dolphins but a nice trip out and loved the rough waves we got to experience!!! Thanks for keeping us safe

On Wednesday, August 16, my mom had a massive heart attack about 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I called to try to change our reservations or reschedule or get my money back. They said they did not do things like that. It was a 72 hour notice. Well, I can assure you I’m gonna much rather win on the dolphin cruise then have my mother still at the grand Stanley Memorial Hospital in ICU, having triple bypass on Monday morning. Four hours away from home. And I do understand rules, but sometimes they do need to be broken in this could’ve been one of those times. I would not recommend this to anybody that I ever know. I am going to put it all over social media cause I was not happy. They said the manager was going to call me. They never reached out. I think this is not a good way to run a business. But like I said, I definitely will not recommend you all to anybody. What a shame. I will be back and I will do a dolphin cruise, but I can assure you it will not be with the company that you booked me with. I hope this reaches the right people and they make it right. It’s really not the money. It’s the principal. We could not control that trust me. It ruined our vacation but y’all just made it worse. Thanks again sincerely Susan Scott

It was SO awesome! Great Captain and crew. We got to see about 30 dolphins, a deer and 3 American Bald Eagles. Captain David provided information to us the entire time. We’ll be back!
