Good trip, efficiency and service average or below.
I had requested AM Swamp Tour followed by Oak Alley. We did it the opposite. Made us over an hour later than anticipated on return. Paying an extra $78 to have nine people picked up 4 miles from the downtown area at an easy venue to negotiate, seemed a little excessive when I paid over $1200 for the group already. A little lagniappe may be in order for a big group for future guests. Dropping us off first instead of delving into the French Quarter to a small hotel to drop off a party of two would have been appreciated also.

The tour guide was outstanding. Beautiful plantation, well worth the visit. Nice day away from the city.
