Refund & Cancellation Policy
By booking with Atlantic Watersports, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)
Reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees.
Note: Some activities may require 24–48 hours’ notice, which will be specified at booking.
Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are charged the full rental amount and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule.
Weather & Safety
Safety is our top priority. If Atlantic Watersports cancels due to unsafe weather or water conditions, guests will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule or receive a credit
No refunds will be issued for cancellations based on personal preference or weather concerns when conditions are deemed safe.
After Departure
Once your rental has begun, all sales are final.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
• Early returns
• Unused time
• Rider inability or personal choice
