- Age and ID: Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID. Riders ages 14 to 17 may drive with parental consent if permitted at check-in.
- Passengers: Each jet ski holds a maximum of 2 riders total, including the driver. No passengers under age 10 are allowed, and two minors may not ride together on the same jet ski.
- Boater Card: Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a valid Safe Boaters Course certificate to operate a jet ski in Florida.
- Weight Limit: Maximum combined weight per jet ski is 350 pounds.
- Check-in Time: Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time for check-in and safety instruction.
- Rental Timing: Your rental time begins on the jet ski at your scheduled reservation time.
- Weather: Rentals may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled if weather or water conditions are unsafe.
- Experience Level: Beginner-friendly. No previous experience is required.
- Amenities: Restrooms are available onsite. Service animals are allowed. Smoking is allowed only where permitted onsite.
