Parking: Free parking is available on-site.
Departure Details: Cruise will depart from 400 Quietwater Beach Rd #16, 32561. When you arrive, go through to the Bounce Restaurant then walk across the sand to the dock. Boat will be at the very end. Premier Dolphin Cruise is not based out of this location; they simply pull in to pick up passengers there. You will see the boat pulling in about 10-15 minutes before your departure. Do not be alarmed if you arrive at the location earlier and do not see the boat. If you are a guest at Portofino Island Resort, you will board on property and will depart by 4:30PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at both locations. Boat will depart on time. There will be no refunds if you miss the boat. For any issues, please contact your provider, Premier Dolphin Cruise, at 855-393-7783.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

How I spent my summer vacation

First off the information for how to board was out of date. Instructions said to enter through a restaurant that went out of business. A new restaurant is in its place but this lead to a lot of confusion. After asking for clarification at the bar we were still unsure if we were in the right place. Three more groups arrived who were also unsure if they were in the  right location. Next challenge was the dock that was used as the pick up point. This was a high dock above the water with no railing. This was slightly terrifying for myself and my older sister because she is a little unsteady on her feet. One other older woman also found this a challenge and had difficulty getting to the boat. While I realize this may not be an issue for some, it should be made clear on the website as we would not have booked this trip if we had known about the dock.. Also, while I know there is never a guarantee of seeing dolphins there were not a lot sited during this trip. The boat had trouble with its starboard engine during the trip so we had a slow return back to the dock and I believe this may have also limited the ability for the captain to look for dolphins. Captain did a great job with docking the boat given the starboard engine limitations. The kid doing the announcements was impossible to understand due to a poor sound system. Over the years I have booked at least a dozen dolpin trips and this one was the most disappointing of any so far. .

Sunset/dolphin cruise

We booked the sunset dolphin cruise from 6-8. A storm started rolling in at the edge of the bay, so we had to come in early...45 minutes early.  We weren't offered vouchers for another day or any amount of refund. Definitely disappointed about that. Other than that, it was a nice smooth ride.

Had a blast! The crew was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Saw lots of dolphins and had music and people were dancing. The sunset was beautiful.

Sunset Dolphin Cruise

We had booked with this group after another group had cancelled on us the prior day due to low numbers.    This was pure luck that we saw so many dolphins it was so worth the money.   We spend quite a bit of time getting to video and snap pictures of the dolphins.    We then got a trip through the pass and some scenic views of the homes in Gulf Breeze.      A great crew and company for a tour.
