How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from your mobile device. Please have a valid ID with you to confirm your order if needed. 
Parking: Parking is available. Look for a large parking lot on the gulf side of Perdido Key Drive, just west of Dave's Snowballs.
Departure Details: Activity departs from 13825 Perdido Key Drive, Pensacola, FL 32507. We are physically located on the beach. Please park in the lot, follow the path down to the beach, and look for a ticket booth. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in and review operational and safety procedures. Activity departs on time. It is best to confirm the activity with the number provided on the voucher at least 24 hours in advance. For any issues, please contact your provider, Southern Rose Dolphin Trips &amp; Parasailing, at 251-981-7673.
Gratuities: There is a mandatory 15% gratuity that will be collected upon arrival.

My teenager and I did the parasailing experience and it was amazing! Booked online, showed up to sign our waivers and hopped on the banana boat to get a bonus ride out to the boat where we were given great instruction and made to feel comfortable before going up in the air. Amazing views, tons of laughing while we soared overhead and had the best time.  Pay for the photo package too; it was worth every penny just to see our smiles and expressions as we took off and came down. 1000% would do again!

The girls really enjoyed the parasailing. However, we didn't realize we had to pay 15% gratituty before they started.  We barely had enough cash. If it was mandatory they should have put it on the total bill. The rating was for the trip.

Definitely a core memory made with my 15 year old daughter.  Loved every minute!

Amazing experience!

It was raining and we got delayed, I called multiple times to ensure we were a go. So we got there and it started raining again and I got soaked in the rain while he sat in the booth for 15 minutes calling someone else to try and cancel as we could not go out. Another gentleman says yea no way we’re going out for at least 30 minutes maybe more. So I went and waited in the car then after 15-20 minutes they called saying we’re a go. So my child and I went down she’s 10 and put our life vests on then kinda stood there waiting for instruction. He said just go down and get on the banana raft so we did. It took a minute for the person on the jet ski to come around as the waves and water were pretty choppy. The guy trying to hook us to the jet ski we couldn’t see and he couldn’t see us and it got a little tough bouncing close to shoreline and my daughter then popped off and even got back on and started crying none had even come over and then another big wave came in so we got off. We walked up and we’re taking taking off our vests and I said we’re done this is not ok, the family standing there asked if my daughter was ok which was very nice. The guy behind the counter in the booth called domino else and then said no one saw her get knocked off…. This was my experience and it would be lovely if so one refunded my money as this was a terrible experience across the board, and unsafe!!!  I would NOT Recommend this to my worst enemy!!!!

I’d love to be able to get the pics we paid for without the proof watermark!!!!

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

Great place to rent jet ski’s from.  The 2 gentlemen running the dock were knowledgeable, friendly and fun to rent from.  The No Wake zone was minimal, a short 2-3 min trip to open water.  The jet ski’s were well maintained and very fast.  Definitely better experience than the competition we rented from 2 days prior.
