For the shortest walk, have your Uber or Lyft take you to the FUNPCB address shown on your reservation. Pontoon rentals use 5915 N Lagoon Dr at Lighthouse Marina, while dolphin and snorkel activities use 5325 N Lagoon Dr. That gets you close to the correct FUNPCB check in area without having to walk across the marina.
