Parking: Parking is available at 500 Decatur Street for a fee.
Departure Details: Experience departs from Lighthouse Ticket Office located at 400 Toulouse St. at the Mississippi River in the French Quarter. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled activity time to check-in. Boat departs on time. It is best to confirm this tour and time prior to departure. What a fun time we had! The crew members couldn’t have been nicer. The only drawback was NOLA had a ban on live music so no Jazz band on board.

Natchez Riverboat

We travel downriver 7.5 miles and then return upriver the same distance.  Many people voice the concern about the time that is spent on one visitor experience and thus we try to offer a reasonable time period.

The steamboat hatches with lunch was our favorite part of our trip to NOLA. Highly reccomend it to anyone considering this activity.

Favorite part

Was an ok time. If booking through a third party, make sure to take your email to the ticket window. Showing confirmation email as suggested doesn’t work. There’s a lot to do in NOLA, so unless fascinated, spend precious time on other worthwhile activities.

We are currently working on ticket-less boarding and hope that will  be an added asset.  There is a lot of attractions in New Orleans and hope that our authentic steamboat will continue to be of interest to many.  We appreciate that you joined us.

NATCHEZ

Nice tour with good, interesting  narration. Fun to see the city and the river from this perspective. We didn’t do the lunch add-on, so can’t comment on that. Disembarkation process could be streamlined/managed better. Got a bit jammed up. Overall, thumbs up.

Thank you for the review.  We are so glad you cruised with us.  As the vessel as one point disembarking at the dock, a very busy cruise is just the right time to spend a few more moments on the dock relaxing before entering the queue.
