The staff was very helpful and the boat was well equipped   The family had a great time  renting the lily pad  or lounge was a must   If I had to have one ding it would be that the boat was under powered  but overall a great experience

The slide on the boat did not have ample water to supply it for our kids and no pump to pump from the waterway to it.  So we ran out .  We used very little before we ran out.  There was not adequate seating, one anchor only so would not hold us steady when anchoring off.  No map of waterway.  Would like you to consider refund .  We used barely two gallons of fuel and brought it back in early .

The double decker boat with the slide was so old. The motor was very small and hardly any seating. Being on the water was nice and stopping to swim and explore was great. The kids enjoyed the slide but it wasn’t worth the condition of the boat or the very small motor

Nine of us took the pontoon to a nearby sandbar and anchored. We waded and floated for a few hours and it was a highlight of the trip. Coolers and ice are provided if needed.

Jimmy made our dream and holiday excellent but we never knew they do not provide a driver and i think they should add it in the policy that a driver is not include. People like us who was trying to do this for the first time, we didn't know and the lady with dark hair was not helping at all but Jimmy changed our nightmare into something very beautiful. He was very understanding and patient.

Great boat, very fun time. The boat was well kept in good condition. Wished there was a bit more intel on Where to go once we headed out, or a bit more context to the map (ie, no you are here or anything).

Fun pontoon slide boat ride

Picking up our boat was super easy they had it cleaned and ready to go. They showed us all the different features and how to use them. Everyone was nice and even asked us how our day days was. The kids had a blast with the slide but I think they liked jumping off the top much more. We ran into a little rain shower and having the top helped keep us out of the rain until we got moved away from the area with lightning.

My group of 5 adults and 6 children loved our half day pontoon boat rental. Kids and adults both thoroughly enjoyed the 2 slides. Boat was clean and in good condition with life jackets provided in all sizes. We only ventured out to one of the islands and 4 hours was plenty of time for lots of fun. The island was beautiful with lots of hermit crabs and crystal clear water. This was definitely worth experiencing.

this was our first rental and we had a great experience! the staff was super friendly and helpful and made sure we were well prepared. The 4 hour rental was a bit long I think we would have been ok with 2.5-3 hours.

A boat is a boat and this boat was everything as promised but what made the difference for us was the crew helping us. You park almost in the boat and the deck hands will load your equipment for you help you on/off and are their to unload for you too. Booking through TripShock does not include tip so they charge a mandatory tip plus fuel fee but trust me the tip was worth it.

The whole experience was easy and we had a great time.  The slide was a nice touch too.  We would definitely do this again.
