Departure Details: Tour departs from 5325 North Lagoon Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The Aquatic Adventures kiosk is located at the Old Lighthouse Marina next to the Boatyard Restaurant near Captain Anderson's Marina. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure for a safety orientation. Tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, FUNPCB, at 850-235-8051.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

We had an incredible time looking out for dolphins and snorkeling at the beach! Captain John was awesome. We saw SO MANY dolphins and really enjoyed snorkeling with the free, provided gear. Would absolutely recommend this adventure to everyone!

So Much Fun!

Six of us went on the dolphin / snorkeling tour with Captain Rob. We had an absolute blast. He helped us find dolphins and got us close enough to them so that we could jump in and swim with them!  Then he took us to two snorkeling locations and they were full of fish and sand dollars. I would definitely book this trip again!

Will Definitely Be Back

They didn't cancel, even though it was raining. We toughed it out. The boat was going so fast that the front of thw boat was up high and we couldn't even see anything. We never went to Shell island like the ad said. The water was so rough that the boat kept hitting the waves really hard. It made 3 of us sick. And we dont get seasick. The place he took us snorkeling with the walmart snorkeling gear, was full of seaweed. Our tour was supposed to last 2 hours and it was barely an hour and 15 minutes.  We were very disappointed.

We were disappointed our guide didn't bring snorkeling gear. It was a dolphin plus snorkeling excursion and we didn't get to snorkel. Very different than other tours I've taken. The dolphins would follow the wake from the boat, not just circle around 5 dolphins.

Don't forget the snorkel gear!!

The staff was not friendly at all, they didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. This was the activity my children were most excited about for our whole trip and it was their idea in the first place. We were so excited because it was a max of 6 people and we had 6 people in our family. I was hoping for an informative and fun experience but we did not get that. We felt rushed, ordered around, and not relaxed one bit. The captain did not take the time to really explain anything that was happening or around us except rush us to get into a proper viewing position to see the sea turtles last minute which didn’t allow us time to grab a photo or tell us what we should expect next on the boat ride. We had two incidents with jet skiers, the first one was when we were leaving the bay and our captain was moving quickly between the shore and a jet skier towing another jet skier. The one on the front jet ski screamed, “slow the f down old man, what the f are you doing?” Which in return our captain flipped off the people on the jet skis. One of the teenagers saw him do this and mouth back f you with a big ole middle finger. Not exactly relaxing fun in PCB. My son is neurodivergent and was super excited about learning everything in the area and hearing a ton of facts only to be let down by not one question being answered by the captain. He told him no questions now we will talk on the boat and never did answer his question so my son never asked another question. A second jet skier gave us the slide across the throat hand signal when he saw us heading for the gulf like do not go out there and the captain told us it was rough and if it was too rough we could come back. We didn’t mind the roughness but we didn’t get to see the dolphins and I know you typically have a 98% success rate we just ended up in that 2%. We did get to see a couple sea turtles and one came up for air which was awesome, I just would’ve loved to be able to have captured these moments on camera if the captain had been more informative and gave us a bit of info on what was next. He rushed us off the boat to snorkel and my daughter has anxiety about anything since she’s literally scared of everything and he showed zero compassion towards her. Very much all business, no love for what he was doing, no connection, no information which is what it should be. I personally live in Louisiana and swamp tour guides or captains of boats around here have a completely different vibe. We were let down, not one family moment captured as a group. Made us leave shell island 10 minutes earlier than he told us to meet at the boat rushed us off rushed us on, then my daughter was nervous about getting back on the boat, mind you she has horrendous depth perception and wears glasses, so it’s sunny she’s wearing glasses and doing something she’s never done before, I’m behind her and encourage her that she’s fine and if she needs help she could reach for the captains hand. He straight up says, no you don’t need my hand. Just not the best way to end the trip. The scenery was spectacular and the weather was amazing. We throughly enjoyed ourselves but the experience itself just wasn’t up to par. I had to really talk to the kids and process the boat trip, the captain called three times and texted about a tip. After thinking about the experience I just am struggling with how much to tip. This was our experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

What a wonderful and exciting journey. We had a fun team of people on our trip and the capt & co-captain went above and beyond during our voyage. So much fun and will definitely do it again in near future.

Dolphin chasing to be sure but no harassment of them at all.  A little difficult to see the dolphins in the water due to poor visibility but we did.  Took our 8 year old and she liked the t but not for a smaller child.
All in all it was  a good experience and the  captain “coach” was really nice and knowledgeable!

We  booked a dolphin cruise in hopes of seeing a couple dolphins and we ended up seeing them the entire time we were out on the tour! Our captain did an amazing job navigating the boat so we could see from all angles

Was a great experience and as promised, we got to see many dolphins on the cruise!  Once the boat is at sea, you can move about to get the best view of the dolphins.  Was a great cruise at a great price.  Definitely recommend this and will do it again whenever visiting Panama City.

We came in with a group of 9 and had a great time. Capt John and his crew were amazing and knowledgeable. We saw plenty of dolphins  and he even let the kids steer and honk the horn. He even stayed out a few minutes after time to head back to make sure we saw as many dolphins as possible!

Rob and Nico were great. The cruise was smooth. Seeing Shell Island and walking to the Gulf of Mexico coast was beautiful. Was able to see a lot of dolphins as well. It was a highlight of our trip.

My family and I went on a dolphin cruise with them we visited shell island and was able to get off the boat and swim and explore the water and bank staff was very nice and friendly with us and our 7 kids that were on tour with us my family will definitely recommend this group it was an amazing and unforgettable experience
