Departure Details: Tour departs from 530 Harbor Blvd., Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for instruction. Tour departs on time. Please call to confirm your requested departure time at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations booked less than 24hrs prior to arrival are not guaranteed until confirmed by the vendor. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gilligan's Watersports, at 850-650-9000.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your crew 15-20%.

It was a great time our guide took us to crab island we saw many dolphins, he knew right where to look. It was fast speeds almost all the way.

Jet ski dolphin tour

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt this one was necessary to warn those who have never ridden a jet ski before.  Our tour guide basically left us out in the open water.  He was riding so fast, and drove out of our sight on several occasions.  We were out in the open water, and could barely tell which direction to go in, in order to return to shore.  He was so far ahead of us that if we needed some assistance, he would not have known.  The trip itself was entirely too long for someone with no experience.  So much so, that my finger began cramping on the way back.  There were several instances were I was absolutely terrified that we would capsize and he would have no clue where to find us.  Needless to say, 2 occurences with shark encounters happened just 1 day after our tour.  I would never take this tour again.

Beginners Nightmare!

Our guide was awesome and I can almost guarantee that our kids made some core memories on this 2 hour adventure. Eli was super kind and patient, and our 6 and 8 year old had the time of their lives. We saw dolphins and manatees up close, and even if we didn’t see any sea life it would have been 100% worth it. This is a great way to break up beach days if your kids get bored easily. We’ll be back for sure!

We felt the one hour rental was good for beginners .. and an easy quick time on the water .. definitely rental longer if you want to enjoy being in the water all day ! Beautiful view water was green blue ! The sky was perfect !

Had a great time and staff was so helpful and nice

We had such a great time renting the waverunners.  The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and knew what we were doing before letting us out on the water. Dolphins swam and jumped next to us and the kids loved the experience. 
I would recommend adding 30 min into the rental time because it takes about 15 min each way to get in and out of the harbor so you pay for only 1/2 the play time.

So much fun on the water!

Dolphin tour

We had a great time and saw lots of marine life in addition to the dolphins! Our guide took us to a few places to make sure we got the best views. The water was a little choppy with so many large vessels weaving in and around though. We did see a bull shark which was a little nerve wrecking so if you aren’t prepared to potentially fall in the water knowing the marine life present, maybe this isn’t for you. Would recommend, all guides seemed very knowledgeable

All staff was awesome.  Did the 9am adventure, and it did not disappoint.  We saw some dolphins.  Loves those little swimmers.

First time riding jet skis and it was a fun experience I would do it again. Only reason for 4 star is directions to location wasn’t very clear and no heads up to arrive early due to check in and video we had to watch. I definitely would recommend the place and would book here again.

Enjoyed the experience

Had an amazing time...our bag came up missing while out on the jet skis.  The manager was very prompt in checking security cameras to find out the people who went out right behind us and took by accident. One of the workers took off across the ocean to retrieve and we got it back ...say all that for this...not only was it a great time easy no hassle rentals but these guys go out there way to make sure you have a great time and very reasonable in prices.

Great Experience

We had a great experience! 2 back to back days with Gilligan's was perfect for our end of Summer vacation with the kids. 1st day we rented a pontoon boat. Process was simple and we were on the water in time. 2nd day wavereunners. Two sweaters were perfect, fast, and efficient, and so was their staff. A little rain was hindering to our alotted time, but Tripshock and Gilligan's were friendly and professional, and had part of our rental refunded. 

I would recommend both and will definitely be back to do this again! Thanks for helping to make memories not soon forgotten!

Lots of fun in the sun!

Scheduling our excursion was pretty easy. I ended up calling because that seemed easier because it was last minute. The tripschock rep was very helpful and patient with me. The customer service at Gilligan's was a little slow, but in the end it all worked out. They had alot of policies in place which made me feel more comfortable. We had a great time.
