We arrived at the international airport in the middle of the night and despite our accommodation was at a hard to find and access location, Bertrand had no difficulties to drop us off right in front of the door step. Highly recommended.

The owner of the company picked us up.  Excellent, polite, informative.  Held a sign up and parked van near the exit point so I didn't have to walk far.  I was actually in a wheelchair so I just stepped over into the van.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fabulous in every way!  Great pickup, on time and waiting for us with a sign and our name on it.  Loaded all of our luggage, was very pleasant and delivered us to our hotel with ease!  Great experience!
